I am a senior Quality and Food Safety executive with more than 30 years of experience leading global and growth-stage food and beverage organizations through growth, transformation, and high-risk exposure.

Over three decades in senior QFS leadership, I have experienced both the strengths and limitations of traditional compliance models. QxL reflects the leadership approach I believe is required to align risk ownership, operating discipline, and enterprise strategy.

Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with operations, supply chain, and executive teams to stabilize performance, strengthen systems, and build confident, capable organizations.
